Returns and exchanges

If the Puff Nest is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, a different colour, or a refund.

How it works

1. Reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of delivery.
2. Tell us what went wrong. A sentence is enough; we do not need a form.
3. We arrange a replacement or refund the original payment method.

Exchanges

Wrong colour or wrong size? Tell us which one you would rather have and we will sort it out.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued the day we hear from you. Your bank then takes 3–10 working days to put the money back on your statement — that part is out of our hands.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will replace it. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced straight away, with no questions asked.
