We started with one bad night

Anyone who has held a newborn at 3am knows the specific problem: the baby is finally asleep, and now you have to get them into something warm without waking them up. Sleeves. Zips. Poppers you cannot find in the dark. By the time you are done, everybody is awake and nobody is happy.

The Puff Nest is our answer to that. You lay them down on an open star and fold it over. One hand in, one hand out. No sleeves to thread, no zip against the chin, no cold metal.

Then we made it practical

A beautiful thing you only use for photographs is a waste. So we put hidden harness openings in the back, which means the same piece goes from the crib to the pram to the car seat without ever taking it off.

We chose a breathable knit that holds warmth without overheating, wooden buttons instead of hardware, and seven colours dyed soft enough that they never fight the room they are in.

Made to be kept

It washes cold and lays flat to dry, and it keeps its shape doing it. Most of our customers buy a second one — usually for somebody else's baby, occasionally because the first one has become the thing that cannot be washed and dried fast enough.
